Our objective is to deliver high-quality care on schedule; therefore, we must put in place an appointment/cancellation procedure to do this. Due to the high demand for appointments, your prompt cancellation allows another individual to receive timely care. With the help of this policy, we can make better use of the appointments we have for our customers. At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit, which will be credited towards your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment it must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, no showing, or arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the loss of your deposit. It will not be refunded or redeemable. In the event of repeat no-show/late appointments, deposit cost may increase, or termination of client acceptance may occur
